Nikitia is the owner and principle broker of Nikitia Thompson Realty, which she operates in partnership with Realty Executives Associates. A degreed engineer, she worked as a project manager before finding her true passion in real estate. She serves the East Tennessee market, specializing in both traditional and HUD listings. She is also a certified Freddie Mac credit counselor and a property manager for rentals in the area.

In addition to her professional credentials, she gives back to the community through service on several local non-profit boards and hands-on volunteer work. On the first Saturday of every month, she volunteers at the Knoxville Area Urban League, providing support for its First-Time Homeownership Workshop.
